I recently shared some photos of the drinks holder that I knitted on the blog here.
T has been popping her flask in it for school every day and its been through the washing machine this weekend, ready to use again on Monday.
I've now completed the second one and here are the results.
Although these knit up very quickly, I've been quite busy and only had chance to do a few rows a day.
Next on my knitting agenda is a twiddlemuff to donate to the local hospital. I hadn't heard of them before until very recently, have you? Well, if you've not, then I shall explain. A Twiddlemuff is a hand muff that is knitted in an assortment of colours and textures and embellished with various items such as beads, ribbons and buttons etc. Twiddlemuffs provide stimulation, both visual and tactile to people with dementia, who may want something to keep their hands occupied.
I can't wait to get started.
